SHIKALLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same.

Our content

Our embroidery designs, product photos, graphics, text, and the SHIKALLC name and logo are owned by SHIKALLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

No affiliation

SHIKALLC is an independent handmade shop. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any professional or collegiate sports league, team, school or university. Any team or school name is used only at a customer’s request to describe the personalization they want.

Personalized orders

When you ask us to embroider a name, phrase or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We do not reproduce protected logos, mascots or other trademarked artwork without authorization, and we may decline or cancel any request that we believe would infringe someone else’s rights. If we cancel for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, please follow the steps in our DMCA Policy. For trademark or other intellectual property concerns, send us the details through our Contact page or at support@shikallc.com, including the right you own, the page concerned and your contact information. We review every report and remove infringing material promptly.
