These terms govern your use of shikallc.com and any purchase you make from SHIKALLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell handmade, yarn-embroidered Game Day apparel: T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, youth sweatshirts and quarter zip sweatshirts. Every item is made to order. Because each piece is embroidered by hand, small variations in stitch placement, letter shape and yarn shade are normal and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different on your screen.

2. Orders and personalization

Please check your size, garment color, spelling and personalization details before you pay. We embroider exactly what you submit. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a requested design would infringe someone else’s rights (see our Intellectual Property Policy), and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you order applies. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes or import duties that apply to your order.

4. Shipping

Shipping is $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $99 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel within 6 hours of placing your order. If your item arrives defective, torn or damaged, we will refund or replace it when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including designs, photos, text and the SHIKALLC name and logo, belongs to SHIKALLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
